By accessing or using Zeta Trading Journal ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

Zeta Trading Journal is a web-based trading journal that allows users to log trades, analyse performance, and receive AI-assisted analysis. The Service is provided as-is.

3. User accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• One account per person.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise compromise the Service
• Upload malicious content or scripts
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service

5. AI analysis disclaimer

AI-generated trade analysis is provided for informational purposes only. It does not constitute financial advice. Past performance analysis does not guarantee future results. Trading involves substantial risk of loss.

6. Subscriptions and billing

Free tier accounts are available indefinitely. Pro plans are billed monthly or annually. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Refunds are not available for partial periods.

7. Data and privacy

Use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any trading losses, data loss, or other damages arising from use of the Service.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
